With more than 3,000 employees around the world and as an acknowledged leader in providing technical professionals to the world's largest companies, Hall Kinion was named as one of the 200 Best Small Companies by Forbes for three consecutive years. In 2002, Rhodes was awarded the YWCA's Tribute to Women and Industry Award. Her leadership as Chief Executive Officer during this time was featured in Winning Behaviors by Terry R. Bacon & David G.
